Being from... out-of-state, UpNorth Orthodontics kindly took my son under their wing - gave him an appointment right away and fixed his problem. The whole staff at UpNorth is friendly and welcoming. They work hard to accommodate your schedule, which I really appreciate with 2 kids sports... schedules to work around. My kids always like seeing what crazy socks Dr.Crouch will be wearing when they see him. The kids also like the monthly contests going on. Location is also nice & easy to get to and parking is a breeze(not like downtown). Appointment times are usually communicated, so I can be prepared if it’s going to be quick or longer, and there is minimal wait in the waiting area. I honestly only have good things to say and highly recommend this office!read more

Good stuff going on at Up North Orthodontics! I made a commitment to orthodontic work at age 48 to solve some long standing challenges I was having.... I started my experience with Dr William Northway and finished it with Dr Spencer Crouch after he purchased the business from Northway as he was retiring. I received great support during the transition and through the COVID shutdown. I now have a great smile, a well aligned bite, and a custom bite guard retainer. I also have an 11 year old daughter receiving orthodontic work and the atmosphere has been very supportive and we seeing good results. I highly recommend Up North Orthodontics.read more
